The RCP and the London Deanery are providing one day workshops for SAS doctors who are based in the London Deanery. Only SAS doctors in the London Deanery are eligible to attend this workshop.

A one-day workshop for SAS doctors covering the following topics:

  • Preparing for appraisal
  • Structure of the skilled appraisal interview
  • Evidence for the appraisal
  • Outcomes of appraisal
  • Writing a personal development plan
  • Practising appraisal skills
