Obesity and malnutrition conference, with 2.6 million people dying each year around the world as a result of being overweight, obesity has now reached epidemic levels. Additionally, it is not uncommon to find malnutrition existing alongside obesity, with an estimated 3 million people in the UK suffering from it or at risk. It is estimated that the two conditions cost the NHS over £10 billion annually. This one-day conference will equip clinicians with the knowledge to tackle and manage these rapidly increasing nutritional challenges.
